    Terms and Conditions

    1. The Price Promise is offered by Vans Direct Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06971144 whose registered office is at Vertu House, Fifth Avenue Business Park, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0XA (Vansdirect) on certain specifically identified vans on vehicle lease contracts.
    2. If you have a like-for-like quote from a UK-based new van retailer that is cheaper than that offered by Vansdirect, you must provide us with your official quote from the leasing company and it must be dated within the last 28 days.
    3. To qualify as a like-for-like quote, all of the following details must match exactly:
    4. The manufacturer, model, derivative and specification of vehicle to the one benefiting from the Price Promise.
    5. Any additional options and paint specification.
    6. The finance method (contract hire).
    7. The contractual term, initial rental/deposit and annual mileage.

    The administration or processing fee will also be taken into account. 

    1. The competitors' vehicle must be available for delivery within the same timeframe or sooner.
    2. Competitor comparison quotes will only be accepted from VAT registered van retailers based in the UK, selling UK products. Quotations from wholesalers or intermediaries will not be accepted.
    3. Typographical errors shall not apply and no membership, affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount will apply as a like-for-like quote.
    4. Once we have verified your claim, Vansdirect will match the lower price.
    5. Vansdirect reserve the right to: 
      1. decline the opportunity to match any price and we will notify you of this within 2 hours of receiving all relevant information; and 
      2. modify or amend the terms and conditions of this offer or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice; and 
      3. to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the cheaper like-for-like quote is genuinely available and meets all terms and conditions.
    6. In case of dispute, Vansdirect's decision is final.
